THIS is how I spent last night, under a full moon, enjoying the generosity, grace & GENIUS of my dear friend Justin Friedman.

Unbelievable! We all floated out into the warm starry night glowing with radiant smiles. I am a renewed being after his legendary birthday party. Words cannot express my gratitude J :’-) Happy Birthday my friend. Hope you and Skyler have a safe & brilliant time back in the States & much fun at the Bioneers conference..will be tracking it ;-)

If you haven’t been lucky or sensible enough to get to the MediSpa at the Mount Nelson Hotel>> Book it NOW if you happen to be in, or coming to Cape Town.. (Their site gives no indication of the luxury & beauty of the spa, just trust me). It is also filled with so many toys that make a little geek heart thump in pleasure.. its a high tech heaven veiled in a soothing & stylish GUI. Kinda like a Mac (which I am becoming increasingly partial to the idea of owning after the recent techtrauma)
