Celebrating the genius*gals this week.. I am so stoked, two of the gorgeous and talented women of my crew have scooped big awards this week for their wordsmithing genius. Tertia first with SA Blog of the year, and best writing on a blog.
And NOW the Ritz! winning in style at the ICT Journalist of
the Year awards last night:
(here in the company of the fine Groogle aka Gregor Rohrig & Vince Maher >>)
Ms. Carly Ritz is a blazing talent & worth putting on your watchlist >> she has a certain success trajectory ahead of her not just by virtue of unmistakable talent;
but possibly more so because she is exceptional, hilarious, visionary and heroic at the core. (spot the fan)
She will change the world ..don’t say I didn’t warn you!

am lucky to have the hunter of genius on my side ;)
Amen to all that, with one correction: She is already changing the world!
Carls: couldn’t escape my attention friend – you got it going on girl! You’re the stuff genius hunters love
Mr Hartley: LOL!! you’re right :-D lucky us

Hi Max, inspired by the words and winning title, though totally off the subject otherwise, I wanted to ask your advice.
As Hunter of Genius in contact with the Cape Town geek world, do you know if there is a demand here for copyediting and proofreading, specialising in websites and blogs? This woman is looking to use her wordpower to help others with theirs and incidently do some bread-winning every week…
that is awesome! Congrats to them!!

Genius begets genius.
Thank heavens for Wordpress.
That special breed of genius I hunt isn't defined by a Stanford-Binet number; rather by a visionary capacity, good taste in problems, the ability to forge unusual creative connections, the brave foolishness to fail gloriously and generosity of spirit to build something beyond personal gain.
Unearthing the pioneers too prescient for their time, quirky Amelie.types who find magic in the mundane, the people who give a damn. Those who approach the world with bright minds, big hearts & clean hands. ..then what? Find out here
