You&#039;re so right - holding out for the harvest is incredibly painful - and yet rewarding.  I&#039;ve also put David Maister&#039;s &quot;Strategy and the Fat Smoker&quot; on my Amazon wishlist after reading your post.  As it turns out I&#039;m in the middle of reading his earlier books that he co-authored (&quot;Managing the PSF&quot; and &quot;First Among Equals&quot;).  Hats off for that post!
