Oh Max, thank you so much for arranging this and to Tertia for extending your invite to all of us, I had to run to a meeting, but left the lunch inspired and am still feeling it.
Hey Max – please put me on your list for the next Geek Girls lunch/dinner/otherwise fab get-together… what an awesome group of women! I’m on the same trip as Shana and we’ll be kicking butt over there in the US, showing them what we SA chicks are made of… If it’s appropriate/of interest, I’d be happy to sponsor a lucky draw for a free 3 month portfolio on Freelancentral at your next do. x Jo
Hi Max
I’m definitely at the next one. Well done. Let me know if you need help with organising, gifts, etc.
Thank you. Big kiss
Ps, please make sure it’s not on the same day as one of my events, so I don’t miss out on all the fun.

Marth-El connect in with me on FB – LOVE to know what YOU’re doing?!
Joy-Mari of course! really looking forward to seeing your talented self again mej.J-M
It was wonderful. :) I had an awesome time, and I’m so glad I stayed right till the end (even braving the crazy traffic as a result), because the company and conversation was absolutely worth it. Thanks, Max and Tertia, for putting this together, and thanks to everyone else for being such excellently inspiring company. I can’t wait for the next one.
Kerry-Anne me too, the conversation really deepened at the end & made it worth the R40 (!) parking. Bloody V&A, my own fault for not wanting to walk half a mile to pay only 10.
Such a pleasure.
Next one 12th March so hope you’ll have it free! Will announce on Friday I think.
Love the comments, this site is great! I’ve recommended your services to our clients :)
Thx Shana for sending me the link!

It’s worth being here if :
You're looking for South African learning experiences - mostly free-choice or lifelong learning, but exceptional university & business school programmes make appearances.
You're damn good at what you do & would love to share your expertise in think.tanks, lectures, programmes or books, but don't know where to begin.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bright minds, big hearts: volunteer lecturing & mentoring that could help to change the shape of the world. Good for the CV, good for the soul. You in?
HUNTING GENIUS : what the ..?!
That special breed of genius I hunt isn't defined by a Stanford-Binet number; rather by a visionary capacity, good taste in problems, the ability to forge unusual creative connections, the brave foolishness to fail gloriously and generosity of spirit to build something beyond personal gain.
Unearthing the pioneers too prescient for their time, quirky Amelie.types who find magic in the mundane, the people who give a damn. Those who approach the world with bright minds, big hearts & clean hands. ..then what? Find out here.
