Those individuals being either a family figure or industry peer. Fact is this: everyone needs a jedi master, whether a young/aspiring entrepreneur or being a seasoned professional. The one thing that stood out was this though: meeting/identifying a mentor doesn't happen by chance. Everyone of those 'successful' entrepreneurs i studied, made a very much concerted effort in identifying an individual(s), whom they can tap into for what their specific needs are.
