Why a HUNTER of genius you ask?
Of necessity. I believe we need more people who specialise in discovering and developing the purpose-born “genius” life bestows on us. That combination of passion and intelligence and creativity that is unique to us, and mercifully still alive in some resilient individuals. Very few walk around radiantly proud of their condition; many who hold within them the precious gift of genius, learnt to dumb it down from early on in their lives.

I do this work, because it makes my heart ache to see someone of obvious talent faltering under the weight of mediocrity’s heavy hand, surrendering success too early, or bound by debt to cubicle slavery and dubious safety. [I'm sure you know at least one person who has been hiding their light behind the curtain of social conformity.]
It often takes a careful hunter’s instinct to see beyond the apparent and recognize magnificence where it lurks.
Perhaps you suspect you’ve been secretly harbouring a fugitive genius? Frustrated that your day-to-day efforts aren’t even nearly challenging your capacity. Odds are, if your curiosity has been piqued by the concept of genius, you clearly haven’t written off your own abilities yet.
I am both Hunter and Gatherer of Genius. Because I believe there are 2 aspects to defining and developing genius:
- Genius is fragile [individuals] — particularly in its formative stages. Confidence can be corroded by cynics, and criticism will deftly cut apart the most ingenious ideas or beautiful visions. To create a manifest reality of your brilliant mind-springs, it may be essential to develop robust character to reinforce you against the buffeting forces of the sensible status quo.
- Genius begets genius [groups] — connecting people of blazing mind with others (especially those from diverse disciplines) in a stimulating and supportive environment can produce startling results and unimagined innovations.
Exceptional individuals:
I work personally with a select few. Pioneers in their particular field, thought leaders who can adapt the lessons of their discipline into broader contexts. They facilitate perspective change and innovative solutions.

Group/gestalt genius:
I create playgrounds for the powerfully curious to learn, connect, express and discover. Through seminars, urban games, structured sabbaticals, dinners, thinktanks, mastermind & mentoring groups, blogging networks, lifestyle learning, summer schools, blended-reality communities of practice, culture-jamming and networthing gatherings. My duty is to remind you of your magnificent birthright. Each of us is born with a processor of astounding ability. One that can tap into infinite realms of imagination, calculation, innovation and creation. To conceive of the impossible and craft the path to its materialization.

Most of us settle into a narrow band of well-worn routines in our thoughts, relationships, work, leisure. Refreshing our learning/leisure experiences open the options to wilder ways of being, doing and shaping your time/space spent on this planet.
